Q: Are travel and hotel accommodations included in registration?

A: All travel costs, including airfare, transportation and hotel, are the responsibility of the attendee. Register now to receive our 2016 rate of $95, plus our preferred hotel rate of $199 for the first 50 registrants – far below market rate for Manhattan.

Q: Why should I stay at the program hotel?

A: We highly recommend staying at our host hotel, the New York Grand Hyatt. Our days begin with breakfast at 9:00 AM and sessions run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a special evening event on Monday Nov. 6. We‘ve negotiated a preferred room rate of $199 for the first 50 registrants.

Q: Are registration fees transferable?

A: Yes. In the event you register, but are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else within your organization. Please contact us at registration@centrifyconnect.com for assistance with transfers.

Q: What if I need to cancel?

A: Cancellations are subject to a $100.00 processing fee. To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be sent to registration@centrifyconnect.com no later than October 9, 2017.

Q: Is there a group rate discount for multiple attendees from the same company?

A: Yes, take advantage of our buy two get one free registration special, available through September 8, 2017.

Q: What‘s included in the registration fee?

A: Registration includes admission to all keynotes and general sessions, breakouts, evening reception, and conference meals.

Q: What will be covered at the conference?

A: Technical presentations, customer case studies, analyst and industry expert insights and optional pre-conference technical training.

Q: When should I plan to arrive in New York?

A: Regular conference attendees should plan to arrive before 10 am on Monday November 6, 2017. Those attending optional training should arrive Sunday morning November 5.

Q: What time will the conference end?

A: The conference will conclude on Tuesday November 7 at 4:00 pm EDT.

Q: Is there an opportunity to share my experience with Centrify with attendees?
